		<description>GOOD FOR YOU! Yeah, working on speed can do a lot for you. And it's shocking how quickly those gains add up. You'll truck along at one pace for a couple weeks that feels pretty challenging - and before you know it, that'll be your regular pace. One day you'll realize you're kind of phoning it in.

I say all this while being a COMPLETE couch potato. These days the most physical I get is catching the bus. My foot's still messed up. But go you! You're an inspiration. Say hey to the girls and ask Brookes if she watched the ANTM finale.</description>
