		<description>I don't think pork processing has ever been particularly clean when it comes to factory-style slaughter.  The farmer who raises a few pigs and kills them himself isn't doing what the factories do.

However, keep in mind that  Rolling Stone obviously has an axe to grind on this topic.</description>
