Blueberries … health food?

Are yummy delicious blueberries still considered healthful when baked with …brown sugar, oats and butter and served with vanilla ice cream?

    If you eat a whole pie to get enough blueberries to make it healthy, I don’t think it would be a good thing. :)

    Pure blueberries would be better. But if you have a choice between blueberry or apple pie, blueberry would be better since blueberries are the best domestic fruit for you.
