Overwork or Depression

posted in Frenzied Daddy |

I’ve been listening to Seth Godin’s “Small is the new Big” — and one of the things he riffs on about is that our culture of “overwork” where we’re putting in 12 or 16 hour days leads us to a position where we don’t make good ( or any ) decisions. Which is also a symptom of depression.

Correlation or Causation?

Do these two things have a similar symptom or are they connected in some more sinister fashion?
